Distribution of 86 Relief Packages to help 86 poor students in Trà Thọ, Quảng Ngãi, Central Vietnam on 12/17/2013.

The beneficiaries are the victims of the recent flood and Taifung hurricane in on October and November 2013.

DUACT local representative in Quang Ngai  Mr. Hà Thúc Bốn and Mrs. Phạm Thị Kim Lưu, a local teacher supervised this difficult project in 10 phases due to lack of means of accessibility to reach target recipients.
