Dear DUACT Executive Board
My name is Tran Thi My Linh, a resident physician in Dermatology at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City, I just graduated this year. Yesterday, my school held a Graduation Ceremony for more than 1900 postgraduate doctors, including 175 residents, and I was fortunate to be honored in the list of new valedictorians. Having the honor today is largely thanks to DUACT and Mr. Chan's family for helping me during the difficult times due to the covid epidemic. I always remember and hope to have the opportunity to contribute with you in the future. I am very touched and would like to sincerely thank Mr. Chan for representing DUACT to present flowers to congratulate me on my Graduation Ceremony.
