This NVKEF was initially established by the Nguyen Hai Long & Van Hanh family to honour our respectable Brother Stephan Nguyen Van Ke, of LaSalle Christian Brothers Order, who had devoted most of his religious life to education for Dalat University students. >>

DSF was established in 2003 by DUACT. This initiative had been previously sponsored by a number of concerned former students of Dalat University since 1998. The good intention was to assist the needy but hard-working students of former alumni families in Vietnam. >>

Before Father Nguyen Van Lap passed away in 2001, he organized classes for orphaned, homeless, disabled, abused children who ages range from 6 to 10 in Binh Trieu parish, VietNam. >>
